The 14th ITI Symposium – a huge success
Last week, about 140 participants from Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Norway, Russia and China came together for the 14th ITI Symposium at the International Congress Center in Dresden. They used the opportunity to learn about innovations in system simulation in the fields of automobile development, powertrain engineering, mechatronics, fluid technology and thermodynamics as well as to discuss concrete applications.
The presentation by Daimler about mechanical gear shift simulation with 3D functionality and process automation as well as GETRAG’s contribution about NVH analyses were met with great interest. ITI’s engineers informed about upcoming novelties of SimulationX and special simulation applications, such as result visualization and post-processing with SimulationX. Like last year, there were lively discussions during the trade exhibition where National Instruments, NumenGo, PPT, AIT Austrian Institute of Technology and Elbflorace, Dresden’s Formula Student team, showcased.
